1. Eligibility Criteria

​

• The applicant must be a citizen or legal resident of India, or of Indian origin residing abroad.

​

• Applicants may be unmarried, married, divorced, widowed, or separated, with or without children, depending on the category they apply for.

​

• The applicant must be a natural-born female and in good mental and physical health.

​

•  The applicant must not have any past or present involvement in adult content, nudity, or any illegal drug activity.

 

2. Fees, Refunds & Withdrawals

​​

• The Registration Fee is ₹2,499 + 18% GST, which is non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.

​​​​

•  The organizers reserve the right to modify deadlines, extend registration dates, or change the venue, if necessary. No compensation or refund shall be claimed by participants for such changes.

​​

3. Participation & Conduct

​

• All applicants are expected to adhere to the schedule and instructions shared by the organizers. Attendance at grooming sessions, rehearsals, and finale events is mandatory.

​

• The applicant will participate at her own risk, with consent from her legal parents, spouse or guardian as applicable. The company shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or mishap occurring at any stage of the event..

​

• The applicant agrees that incorrect or misleading information at any stage—before, during, or after selection—shall result in immediate disqualification, with no refund.

​

•  Applicants must maintain discipline, professionalism, and mutual respect throughout the competition. This includes behavior on-site and across social media platforms.

​

• Any act of misbehavior, misconduct, abusive language, defamation, or negative propaganda against fellow contestants, staff, jury, or the pageant itself—whether online or offline—will lead to disqualification and may attract permanent ban or legal action, solely at the discretion of the organizers.

​

4. Judging & Selection

​

• All decisions made by the jury and organizing team are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained regarding the selection or results.

​

• Deadlines for registration, auditions, and selections may be revised by the organizers depending on the number and quality of applications.

​

5. Media, Branding & Publicity Rights

​

• By registering, the contestant grants Gold Bricks Events LLP, Mumbai and its licensees the unrestricted right to record, photograph, or film her during the course of the competition.

​

• All event-related images, videos, and materials may be used for marketing, promotion, advertising, television, and online content without additional consent or compensation.

​​​​

6. Dispute Resolution

​

• Any dispute arising from or related to the pageant shall be settled by the organizing committee, whose decision will be final.

​

•  All legal disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.​​
